Meditation is a big part of my wellness routine, here are my favorite podcasts

Meditation has become an indispensable part of my daily routine, a practice that has profoundly impacted my life in numerous ways. It is not just an activity; it is a moment of self-discovery. Today even more than before, I need to find time for my own practice. As I tend to more and more help people, it’s my duty to keep my own routine and not only « sell wellness » but also « embody it ». Meditation serves as a crucial anchor, allowing me to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Through meditation, I have learned mindfulness, the ability to be fully present in each moment, and the profound significance of inner peace. This practice has not only helped me manage stress and anxiety but has also allowed me to explore the depths of my own consciousness, fostering personal growth and self-awareness. The transformative power of meditation in my life is immeasurable, and I am grateful for the calm, balance, and profound insight it brings.

  1. Tara Brach

She is a meditation teacher, psychologist and author of several books. She offers many talks and guided meditations. I love her so much, her words are always right and full of meaning.

2. Insight Timer

 

This is not a person, but a FREE app where you can find many different meditation, depending on your needs the time that you have in front of you and other details. Super helpful for beginners.

3. Joe Dispenza

Dr Joe Dispenza is a best-selling author, researcher, lecturer, and corporate consultant. He has taught thousands of people how to re-program their thinking through scientifically proven neuro-physiologic principles. His meditations are super famous and I highly recommend them.
